In the early 2000s, Estonia made world headlines by being the first country to adopt online paperless government. Now we like to be called e-Estonia. Digital skills and competences play also essential role in Estonian education and digital solutions support learning and teaching. Further information is available at:

Access to internet is considered a human right. Free Wi-Fi is available pretty much everywhere a conference delegate would need it.

Instead of printing brochures and schedules all our materials are available online and there is a special conference app for easy reach. Besides presenting the agenda and setting your own one it gives also a possibility to browse and find participants of your interest, ask questions, up-vote comments on presentations, take polls etc.

To access the conference app:

Go to:

Enter the EVENT ID: 4BSCL2020 and you see the agenda prepared by organizers.

You can follow the agenda and customize the program view by favouriting presentations using little hearts and entering the favourites mode by clicking the heart in the top right corner.

Attendees are welcome to join the discussion by clicking on Q&A after sessions.

You can post your own questions and thoughts as well as up-vote comments from other attendees with a thumbs up. You can rate a presentation or any other agenda element.

Creating your profile is recommended but you can use the app without it. You can even suggest meetings with those of mutual interests and chat with other participants, when meeting is confirmed. See guidelines at

The conference will not have custom-made bags, pens or folders. Instead, we provide those of our partners, friends and sponsors like Tallink pens, Song Festival Foundation CD-s, Tallinn reflectors etc.

The conference attendance and presentation certificates will be sent personally to each participant in PDF format after submitting the feedback in e-formular

The only printed material we produced is the Conference calendar 2020, but this can be used the full year and even later as it consists of children´s art and active games instructions. We aim to save some trees with your help!
